Our head civil wedding Officiant, Mr. PM Carter, is an ordained, non-denominational wedding minister from California, USA, and has over 5 years experience performing hundreds of secular marriages on Koh Samui to couples from all over the world.
Willing to travel, Mr. Carter has performed ceremonies on Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Koh Samet and in the heart of Bangkok. He has the professional, enthusiastic and down-to-earth attitude to deliver a magical ceremony you won't forget.
Mr. Carter will meet with you before your wedding date to discuss your ceremony and help you feel comfortable about your big day. There are several set ceremonies available that can be modified or, for an additional fee, an entire original ceremony can be created to suit your desires. The choice is yours.
