We thought it would be very stressful having someone organise our wedding thousands of miles away, but it wasn't at all. Working with two people as enthusiastic and genuine as Kaz and Carter made the whole process exciting and straight forward. Any questions we had or any time we changed our minds about something (often!) they were only an email or phone call away with advice and suggestions. They organised a truly fantastic 5 star wedding for us, words can't express how happy we are with how everything went. Every detail was perfect, from the massages beforehand, to the villa, to the flowers and photography - even details like the little butterflies in the flowers were thought of. They even managed to order a sunny day after a week of rain for us! Having seen other 'package' beach ceremonies, we can say that ours was truly beautiful, and this came from Carter's dedication to getting every word just how we wanted it. Thank you so much for making our special day as individual and perfect as it was!

All the special touches from garlands round the trees through to the flowers in the pool just made everything magical. You took away our idea of what we wanted and added your expertise and gave us a magnificent day in return. All our family and friends enjoyed themselves to the tune of 6.00am the following day! The morning after conversations by them all agreed how great you and your team were with service, efficiency, friendliness and providing an overall great ceremony and party.

Thank you so much for making Michelle & Mark's day so wonderful! I can honestly say it was the most beautiful wedding I’ve been to and you were both fantastic. You guys managed to pull off in only a few short days what others would have taken months to arrange. In particular, your genuine care in making Michelle, Mark & the guests feel relaxed, happy and calm in what can be quite a jittery moment, really was very special and most appreciated! We were all touched (and a little teary) during the lovely ceremony - after Carter's kind words to the Michelle & Mark meant a great deal.

Thanks to Carter & Kaz we had our dream wedding in Koh Samui! The location for our ceremony followed by a romantic dinner was amazing: a beautiful and ideal secluded beach with great sunset views.
We wanted a romantic yet simple ceremony for just the two of us. They understood our needs and anticipated accordingly.

TO ANYONE CONSIDERING GETTING MARRIED ON KOH SAMUI:
After we had decided on the location of our Wedding/Honeymoon in Thailand, we then approached a travel agent to book our holiday. We discussed wedding/honeymoon options and waited for the agent to call us back with some ideas. Two weeks had passed with no response or any details of wedding packages or celebrants available in Thailand. I decided that I would take matters into my own hands and organize a celebrant myself, how hard could it be. So I used GOOGLE and found a Celebrant in Koh Samui on a website called www.abeachaffaire.com. I had heard that Koh Samui is a beautiful island so I sent an email detailing what I would like for my wedding. I had a response in a matter of a day from a man named Carter, and his partner, Kaz.
They were the best; they contacted us about everything and made us feel comfortable with our choices, offering anything we could come up with. The prices were good as was their expertise in making you feel special and important.
I had regular contact from Kaz over the months leading up to our wedding to discuss all sorts of things. She sent me options of massages and places to eat after the wedding. Photos, hair & makeup were also on offer. All I had to do was choose from a list of options it was all so easy.
We had decided on a simple Western Wedding - just the two of us - really romantic with not a lot of fuss. We chose the VIP Registration and all the paperwork was going to be completed in Bangkok. Carter personally met up with us at our hotel in Bangkok, first thing in the morning, and he took us to the Australian Embassy to start our marriage registration process. Then he took us to get the documentation translated from Thai into English at his trusted Translator's office, and lastly to the Registrar where we finalized the wedding legalities. Since we used Samui Beach Weddings's Legal Registration Services, it only took the one morning to complete. We were very happy we decidied not to try and register our marriage on our own. Using Samui Beach Weddings's Legal Services is well worth it.
Our ceremony was to be performed on the beach at Koh Samui, we left the whole days activities up to Kaz to organize. She had emailed us an itinerary of the whole day with times of all of our activities.
We awoke had breakfast then off to our massages for two hours. I then had some lovely Thai girls come to my room so my makeup and hair could be done. Not long after this we were transported to a private beach where the ceremony was to take place. All transport was arranged by Kaz and Carter. After the wedding we were transported to our restaurant which was only a short stroll down the beach from our hotel – perfect ending to a lovely day, it was a hot balmy night and the setting was so romantic. An added extra was the Thai dancers the restaurant had put on for entertainment which was a surprise. The setting was outside in little bamboo huts with cushions provided for a comfortable place to eat and just kick back.
The day was fun and exactly what we wanted, and Kaz & Carter where on hand to provide us with anything we needed, like Mai Tai’s from the bar. All of the people involved were fantastic. We appreciate all the fuss they had made over us to make our day so special and the memories will last forever and so will the friendships made that day. Thanks for giving us exactly what we had asked for. I would recommend Kaz & Carter to anyone if you would like a beautiful romantic wedding day with all the trimmings.
