A sliding gateway opens into a small corner landscaped garden and driveway. Stepping stones and a few small steps lead you up to where the property opens out and reveals its beautiful and private central courtyard with swimming pool and sala.
This is a well thought out and designed home in an exceptionally private and serene beachfront location. The landscaping with ornaments and tropical planting enhances the overall aesthetics of the property; the furnishings are a mix of natural materials, traditional Thai styling and some contemporary touches which, together with the beamed ceilings, gives the property a charming and comfortable almost country cottage feel. The outdoor kitchen and bar area together with the sala and the sizeable garden make this an ideal property for entertaining and enjoying the outdoor Samui lifestyle.

- On the southern coast of Koh Samui, 35 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the town of Lamai.
- The summer tide phenomenon makes the sea retract itself up to 100 meters from the beach line.
Villa rates
- Daily rates from US$ 600 to 850 for the entire house or US$ 515 to 545 for 3 bedrooms (in intermediate and high seasons only)
- Bonus nights promotion available during Sep 15 - Dec 14
- Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
- Rates shown are for a maximum of 8 (eight) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night (including breakfast)
- Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
- Airport transfer: US$ 45 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car

- Bed linen is changed every third day, while towels are changed as necessary
